Class War once had a cover similar to the photo below of RBS toerag STEPHEN HESTER with the caption ‘YOU RICH FUCKING SCUMBAG – WE’RE GOING TO GET YOU. Well now we have another chance – the mood of our class is with us – we need some daring and sustained actions to spread the anger from this one scumbag to the rest of his class. THEY ARE ALL STEPHEN HESTERS. Hesther is of course OXFORD educated, owns a vast country pile and his wife is master of the warwick fox hunt and he regulsrly hosts hunt balls at his country mansion. To all you hunt sabs out there – now’s the time to hunt this fucking scumbag.

But while Mr Hester may have ‘lost’ the London home, he can fall back on his vast country pile in Oxfordshire, a 350-acre estate complete with eight gardeners. And there is always the ski chalet in Verbier.

The Oxford-educated banker met his estranged wife Barbara when both were working at Credit Suisse.

Classic conversational misunderstanding last night. Early evening we were looking out of our top window to see the promised Aurora Borealis. Later I watched the Newsnight item on the russian anarchists and the takeover of the battleship Aurora. When I went upstairs Jane shouted ‘see if you can see the Aurora’. What? Has she gone stark staring? How could I see the River Neva in St.Petersburg from our top window? The Crystal palace mast yes….but…’ ‘How am I going to see that’ I implored. ‘No the weatherman says you can see it from London’ she breezed back. What the fuck! The weatherman is giving Bolshevik ships bearings now as part of the shipping forecast?………..VIKING DOGGER ….AURORA

VOTE ACAB NOVEMBER 15th

November 15th will be the date for 40 police commissioners to be elected across the country. What if we were able to get 40 candidaes to stand as ACAB? There’s tens of thousands who hate the cops and besides being a lot of fun it would seriously annoy the government and ridicule the whole procedure. There are some charismatic n’er do wells out there in most cities aint there. Warren Draper adds:

The ACAB campaign could help publicise a lot of issues. Obviously there’s the police related stuff which rarely sees the light of day; deaths in police custody, institutionalised racism, widespread corruption, etc., etc. etc… but it would also be a good vehicle to raise the profile of other important stuff…

The latest drugs reports – http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/24/magic-mushrooms_n_1228052.html – means we could do some positive work getting mushrooms legalised (best way to beat the winter blues ). It would be the perfect vehicle to support Voina (their Twitter, Facebook and support site all seem to have gone down today).

Something like Hunter S. Thompson’s Sheriff’s campaign – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Battle_of_Aspen – would have a huge media impact.

I’ve just received the Freedom issue of December 1968 with my article in. What is more interesting is this announcement from the editors on the front page:

AFB GROUP LIST:

‘The spread of anarchist ideas in this country has mulitplied the number of anarchist groups. In 1962 there were only six groups.Last week’s issue containns the addresses of 85 groups. This is great news for our movement but eats up space in our meagre pages. By the end of next year we will probably have to give up a page for the list. Last week alone 14 new groups were listed.Therefore now the full list will be only be published monthly’

Also note both myself and Nick Heath give our home address as the group contact point!
