There are 73 parliamentary constituencies in London…………here they are with their MPs……….
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Parliamentary_constituencies_in_London
amongst them are Iain Duncan Smith, Malcolm Rifkind, Tessa Jowell………….so who would you like to stand against and where………..mine would either be Zac Goldsmith or Simon Hughes………..don’t worry about practicalities like deposits or policies – lets get 73 candidates declared under the CLASS WAR banner and worry about those laters ….first come first served……………in that case I declare myself for BERMONDSEY AND OLD SOUTHWARK……72 to go……….waiting………
Islington for me
would that be Islington North or South Dawne?
Islington North Ian.
Is living in these constituencies an issue? Problem with London is its really expensive and full of unfriendly Londoners! My 2nd Home expenses in MCR will be high-cos I’m gonna go home there every weekend- If thats OK put me down for Leyton and Wanstead- Orient have got a good team ,so that might keep me down there more often.
no you don’t have to live there but we do need a real name
I’ve always got a place to crash in Canning Town… is that West Ham?
If so stick me down for some of that cuz I hear their MP, Lyn Brown, likes to push blind people around 😉 …
Although Donny’s finest, Rosie Winterton, is said to have put her in her place 🙂
I’d give Croydon South a go. It’s currently occupied by Richard Ottaway an old high Tory who regularly gets over 50% of the vote. However he’s off to retire because not even his local party think he’s any good. There are rumours Boris my be put in his place.
consider yourself the candidate – heard Boris is not standing now in Croydon South – what’s your name?
