CLASS WAR POLICIES

To be honest I don’t think we’d go far wrong even if we just had those listed in the Guardian yesterday:

DOUBLE DOLE
DOUBLE PENSION
DOUBLE ALL OTHER BENEFITS
50% MANSION TAX
ABOLISH THE MONARCHY
ABOLISH ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS

I’d vote for that…………simples.

“It’s Sheriff of Nottingham times – ‘What do the working classes eat? Pasties. Let’s tax those. Where do they go on their holidays? In static caravans. We’ll tax them.’

I loathe Cameron – I loathe Osborne. We didn’t vote them in and yet here they are deciding for us.

“I’d like to see their heads on spikes on Tower Bridge. Seriously. I’d sleep well.” Paul O’Grady

Cameron and Osborne’s heads on spikes. I’d vote for that I bet a fair few more would too.

Could that be added added to the candidate’s affiliation on the ballot paper to make “Class War — 99.9999% Tax On Obscene Wealth”?

Food clothes and shelter. No one starves. No one shivers. No one is homeless.

  5. Law & order policy? Disband the police! Incompetence & corruption are now so bad that drastic action’s needed. Who says? A criminology professor: http://tinyurl.com/pyxojda

Nothing will really change unless landownership is abolished – the whole edifice of authoritarian society in Britain has been constructed on the twin principles of violent repression and private ownership in land..

“The land, the land, the land on which we stand!
‘Why should we be beggars with the ballot in our hand?”

was the chant of the then recently enfranchised rural poor in the late 19th century when nationalisation of the land was official Liberal Party policy, and doubtless the thought on the mind of the farm labourers off to the polls, as described in the book Lark Rise to Candleford (but definitely not depicted in the BBC’s bustles-and-ribbons soap), to vote for Gladstone, Asquith et al. and be shot of their Tory bosses and squires.

(HOW times have changed! Liberal sellout? Wash that man’s mouth out!)

Land ownership — definitely an elephant in the room…

Landlords will be outlawed and being a bailiff will become a criminal offence.

…and the bar in the Houses of Parliament will be turned into a foodbank for out of work politicians…
