Martin, you are a youngster and I am so pleased that you remember these tossers from the sixties. I won’t bore you mentioning the lot from the fifties, some are still going. But Tariq Ali was a joke when he was a student leader, editor of the Black Mole wasn’t he, and so called leader of the Vietnam Solidarity campaign which for him and his ilk was all about making people Trots, not ending the war. And today – he’s there with the Venezuela Solidarity tossers, supporting another failed state where they shoot live ammo at demonstrators. Keep it up mate, the anarchist movement will outlive the Justins and the Tamsins Funny old world, some of the bad guys from the sixties – US soldiers – are now making some bloody good criticism of today’s pampered left and the entire political system.. I keep in touch with them and look forward to fresh battles over there come the elections for POTUS. . Never too old mate.. .,
i was also at the same meeting. Martin is (w)right!
the ‘leaders’ of the radical assembly seem to be the Counterfire lot, the lot who tried to open a cafe but it went bust.
